Rates |
Based on double-occupancy and include all taxes.
Each additional occupant is charged $40 per night. One night deposit is due at the time of reservation. The balance is due on day of arrival. There is a $10 surcharge for single night stays, May through October. |
Children |
Safety is our utmost concern.
For this reason and for the comfort of other guests, we accept only children
12 years of age and older. |
Pets |
Sorry, no pets, but we will
be happy to provide you with information about boarding options at local kennels. |
Smoking |
The Ashland Mountain House is non-smoking. There is no smoking, incense or candle burning
either in the buildings or on the property. |
Breakfast |
Breakfast is served at your convenience between
8:30 and 9:30 a.m. |
Cancellations |
Cancellations or changes to a reservation made 1-6 months prior to the arrival date will be charged a $25 processing fee. Cancellations and changes made within 30 days prior to date of arrival require payment for all dates reserved that cannot be rebooked. We reserve the right to reassign rooms when reservation dates are reduced or changed. No refunds or credits will be made for early departure. |
| Group Policy and Extended Stays |
Reservations of three or more rooms and reservations for any number of rooms for six or more nights require a one night deposit at the time of reservation, and full prepayment 60 days in advance of arrival. A 60 day cancellation notice is required for refunds as described in the above cancellation policy. |
