Reserving Space
Just beyond Emigrant Lake, five miles from Ashland, you’ll come to a big yellow farmhouse. Guests are welcome to make themselves at home here, enjoying the historic Mountain House, the small 2-story Brick Building next to it, and the surrounding property (6+ acres of gardens, fields, and woods). It’s a great place just to relax. Or, if you’re feeling energetic, take advantage of the many opportunities hereabouts for hiking, cycling, birding, water sports and nearby winter skiing.

The farmhouse includes three guest spaces and the Brick Building offers another. All have:

Spacious private bathrooms, with clawfoot tubs and separate walk-in showers (the Russell Room has a conventional tub/shower)

Full HVAC, with in-room climate control

Fine linens on queen beds (two rooms each have a second bed)

Welcoming seating, with substantial easy chairs, in-room TV (with HBO), and Wi-Fi Internet access.

A one-night deposit is required to reserve a room. We gladly accept Visa and Mastercard.
If you would like to send your deposit by mail, we will hold your reservation for one week, pending receipt of your payment. We must receive your deposit at least 30 days before your arrival date. Our address is:
